Meet Our Providers

Stephanie Olson

DNP, APRN, CNP, PMHNP-BC

I'm Steph! I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I bring a peaceful, easy-going style to our work together, creating an environment where you can feel comfortable, heard, and empowered. My goal is to reassure you that no matter what you are facing, you don't have to face it alone.

I received my Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Chamberlain University and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. Over the past 16 years, I have provided mental health care across various settings, including community-based services, acute inpatient hospitalization, and outpatient care. Additionally, I have enjoyed sharing my expertise as an instructor, helping other nurse practitioners expand their knowledge and skills. I provide medication management for many mental health disorders in clients from their late adolescents (age 16) through adulthood.

With a nurturing, empathetic presence, my focus is on understanding your unique needs and experiences. I believe in approaching each person as an individual, with insight and care that honors your strengths and challenges. I'm candid and transparent, ensuring that you always feel informed and confident in the decisions we make together about your care. While my style is nurturing and supportive, I’m not afraid to be bold when necessary. I’m here to advocate for you, helping you express your true self as you take control of your path forward.

Janaya Evenson

Hello, I’m Janaya! As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner my passion is helping people find clarity, balance, and resilience with their mental health journey. I bring a blend of attentiveness, empathy, and a touch of spunk to every session. My patients appreciate my genuine character and my ability to truly listen, creating an environment where they feel valued and understood.

I earned my Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and have spent the past decade working in the medical field, with a focus on mental health. My professional experience spans community-based care, acute inpatient hospital settings, and outpatient care. Additionally, I serve as an adjunct clinical instructor for psychiatric nurse practitioner students, a role that allows me to share my knowledge while continuously expanding my own expertise. I am dedicated to staying current with evidence-based practices and emerging theories to provide the best care possible.

With a kind and thoughtful approach, I aim to build meaningful connections with you, creating a safe and supportive space where your thoughts and feelings are genuinely valued. At the same time, I bring a strong analytical perspective to our collaboration, developing personalized treatment plans that address your unique needs with precision and care.

I believe mental health care is not one-size-fits-all- it’s about honoring your individuality and building a path forward that feels right for you. Whether you are seeking medication management and support through a tough time or long-term support, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

Delores Alleckson

Hi!  I am Dee.  I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, providing services for individuals throughout the lifespan.

My focus is integrative psychiatry.  The assessment seeks to identify all the factors that may be contributing to your condition.  This approach includes lab assessment of possible nutritional deficiencies, genetics, stress and when needed technology to ensure that medications are targeted for your individual makeup. This approach when combined with western medicine and adjunctive therapies such as light therapy often result in a more robust improvement in overall health outcomes.

I received my Master of Arts in nursing from St. Scholastica, Duluth. My work experience over the past 16 years as a PMHNP includes inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, community mental health, and integrative health.

As the parent of an adult child with autism spectrum disorder, I understand the ongoing challenges that these children, adults, and their families face. Personally and professionally, I have witnessed positive improvements with the combination of integrative and western medicine.

Everyone is on a unique path in their journey of life. I listen to your story, your struggles, and your goals to work collaboratively with you to find answers.
